Right about here was when the day started getting really good.


The antipasto plate included prosciutto, another type of cured pork, salami, fresh mozzarella, a breaded and seasoned wedge of roasted eggplant, and a quarter of a roasted red pepper chilled with a garlic and bread crumb paste spread inside. It rocked.
