
While In Rome, I had an early dinner one day at Obiki, a mozzarella bar with locations in Rome, Milan, Tokyo, and New York. I tried the tasting plate, with two different kinds of fresh mozzarella, plus a trio of olive tapanade, tomato and hot pepper salsa, and basil pesto. Out of this world, and well worth a special trek to New York at some point after I've returned.
