Food stall in Djmaa al Fna


My favorite stall, #15, Chez Mohammed. The Moroccan salad here (as everywhere) is fabulous. And incidentally, it's almost identical to the shepherd salad in Turkey. It's diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion with lemon, fresh parsley, olive oil, and salt and pepper, sometimes with diced green peppers and green olives. So simple and so delicious!
